Dip Coater UI

Project Info:

The user interface will be uploaded to a Nextion touch screen that communicates with Arduino Nano through serial communication for sending and receiving data. The user interface has three different modes including manual, auto, and sim. The manual mode will position the stepper motor using the up and down arrows by incrementing the linear actuator to move 1cm. The home icon will move the linear actuator to the home position where it hits the limit switch. The caution icon will stop the linear actuator from moving. The auto mode will allow the user to enter six different parameters including dipping velocity, lifting velocity, dipping time, lifting time, and number of cycles. The sim mode will display the simulation info including process time, simulation status, and number of cycles.
